That’s what people ask me. How did you do THIS? What got you to the point where you have a brand that is SO YOU? How did you do it?
Well, I woke up one day, realised there was a disconnect between my website and the actual experience of ME in the room, and I realised I had to go all in. I couldn’t not.
I got a rockstar photoshoot, I wrote the most ballsy copy I’d only dreamed of, I said and did the things I’d previously held back on, because #mustbeprofessional, AND I NEVER LOOKED BACK.
(Well I did keep a full back up of my previous website and called the whole exercise my #brandmassacre because I was terrified and I thought I might ruin my business.) But I couldn’t not.
Everything told me that the more authentic I was in how I showed myself to the world, the more I’d appeal to my tribe. The more people would see my value. The more desirable I’d become.
Turns out, I was right.
